Do you share my personal information without my permission?

We will never share your personal data with outside third parties without your express consent. Additionally, you can always revoke your consent to share your details with a third party in your settings at any time.

We use hosting and analytics technology providers internally that enable us to run our services, but these providers work for us and are required to protect your data. For instance, some of our servers run in a cloud environment.

How do you make money?

Parallel Markets makes money by charging financial institutions for access to our API and other onboarding tools. When you affirmatively authorize the sharing of your accreditation details with an institution, Parallel then charges that institution for the ability to query your information via our API. We also charge institutions for access to our dashboard software and other tools. If you never consent to sharing your information with any institutions, then Parallel does not make any money from your account.

Is my personal information safe?

Maintaining the security of customer data is a paramount business concern and is necessary for the success of our business. You can read more about our approach to security on our General Security page.

How can I request that my data be deleted?

You can request that we delete your data at any time by emailing us at privacy@parallelmarkets.com. Make sure to include your full legal name and the email address associated with your account in your request.

If you haven’t yet submitted any accreditation applications or submitted any personal details as a part of an onboarding process, we will be able to delete your information immediately. However, if you have provided information as a part of an accreditation or financial institution onboarding process, we are required by existing US regulations to keep certain records of your details for at least 3 years. We can schedule your account for deletion, in this case, but we will need to keep your information for at least the amount of time required by law.

Where can I find more details?
